An 'After the Show' report is currently posted by our president, Gerald Mitchell.
'The Algonquin Antique Auto Club' region of AACA 'Antique Auto Club of America', is a group of both young and old men and women motor vehicle enthusiasts socially bonded together in fun activities. Some include our Spring Chicken Bar-B-Q, annual Antique Car Show, summer Picnic, socializing and food at every monthly meeting, special Thanksgiving meeting and a Christmas outing/luncheon in December. Hopefully we'll also have a little caravan trip.
As you can see, we've been around at least 30 years. A couple of our members are 'Charter Members', but every year we get a few new members with some very interesting vehicles. So far this year we've added two new members and twenty two new pictures of member's vehicles.
Our members have many very interesting cars ranging from 1919 to new. Many have modified or restored them to show trophy winning quality. Some have hot rods, unrestored classics, lots of pickup trucks, some tractors and motorcycles. Others members simply enjoy mingling with car enthusiasts. The club hosts the annual car show at Bainbridge the second Sunday each June, has a summer picnic, has held road tours and plans for more, and we celebrate Christmas with a free Dinner for our members and workers.
Our regular Meetings are the first Sunday of each month during winter and spring, at the Bainbridge Museum on W. Main Street. Guests are always welcome.
Keep checking this site, browse every page, use the "Links", and consider joining our club. National AACA with our club membership costs $35 per year (January through December) or you may join our club only as an Associate Member for $5 per year. Come to our meetings, show your vehicles, and participate in our annual car show which also includes emergency vehicles, tractors, motorcycles, food & Refreshments, and a flea market.
If you join this club as a full member, you're also joining the famous 'Antique Automobile Club of America', and will receive all it's benefits. The AACA publication is a premium magazine that many people collect for their long lasting interest and value. By joining you'll be in close contact with other antique/collector motor vehicle owners, share experiences, learn where to find cars & parts, and how to fix them. Membership applications are ready for your use by simply clicking on them and printing them out.
